Returns

We hope you absolutely love your new pots! If for some reason you are not satisfied, we will accept your purchase in new condition within 30 days of receipt. Any returns after this time are accepted on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. If your return is outside of the 30-day policy, email us at hello@laurenhbstudio.com with a subject line of RETURN.

Please do not ship your item until you’ve received confirmation from us that we will accept your return. Items returned outside of the 30-day return window without prior approval may be refused. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. An email confirmation of your refund will be sent to you. You should see the refunded amount within 3-5 business days, however it may take longer depending on your financial institution.

If the original payment method is unavailable, the return will be issued as a store credit in the form on an online gift card. Shipping costs are not refundable and Lauren HB Studio is not responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for tracking your return and are unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.

BREAKAGE

Sometimes a pot may arrive damaged. If it does, please take pictures of the box and the breakage and include in an email to hello@laurenhbstudio.com. You must keep the box for insurance inspection and may be asked to provide to the shipper. All orders are insured but if these instructions are not followed, we cannot honor your request.
